Dear Parents
Saver badge
This is a new badge available for the Brigins to earn. For this badge the children have to save for a period of 10 weeks in succession As it is time to start collecting money for Camp we have decided to all save together at the Brigin meeting. The children will bring down their money and will have a little book to record their savings in. If a Brigin is not going to camp but wishes to save with us they can do so, but their savings will be given back to them after the ten weeks or in June when we finish up for the summer. Alternately if a Brigin has a savings account already, then they can bring their book down to show they have saved for the ten weeks and they can earn the badge.
Some amendments to the calendar
Saturday the 13th March The Cynets will join us for the Patrick’s day celebration so the time will be 11am-12.30
CAMP will be a week later the weekend of the 25th -27th June, as the leaving cert starts a week later this year and the school is not available to us till the exams are over The fee this year for Camp will be €75. This includes all meals and accommodation and prizes but not transport Deposit of €20 will be due on or befor the 27th March and full money due by 19th June
BAKER BADGE
